Lighting requirements
Illumination: Different workshops have different illumination requirements. Generally, mechanical processing workshops require illumination of 300-500lx, while precision processing workshops require illumination of 500-1000lx or even higher.
Uniformity: Good uniformity can avoid visual fatigue, and it is generally required that the illuminance uniformity in the work area is not less than 0.7, that is, the ratio of minimum illuminance to maximum illuminance is not less than 0.7.
Color rendering: The color rendering index Ra should not be less than 80. For workshops with high color recognition requirements, such as printing and textile workshops, the color rendering index should be higher to ensure that workers can accurately recognize colors.
Glare control: The brightness and installation angle of the lighting fixtures should be controlled to avoid direct glare and reflective glare. Generally, low brightness and diffuse reflection lighting fixtures are used, or glare can be reduced by adjusting the installation height and angle of the lighting fixtures.
Illumination
General lighting: evenly arrange lamps in the workshop to provide overall basic lighting, suitable for workshops with high requirements for light uniformity and unstable working positions.
Local lighting: Set up specialized lighting fixtures for specific work areas or equipment, such as machine tools, workbenches, etc., to meet the high illumination requirements of the local area.
Mixed lighting: Combining general lighting with local lighting, it can provide overall basic lighting while meeting the high illumination requirements of local work areas. It is a commonly used method for workshop lighting.

LED ceiling light: It has the advantages of high luminous efficiency, long service life, good color rendering, waterproof and dustproof, and is suitable for workshops with large spaces, such as mechanical manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, etc.
